The UK Financial Conduct Authority has granted regulatory approval to ClearToken for its Delivery versus Payment (DvP) settlement platform, CT Settle. This marks the 57th crypto-related firm authorized since the launch of the UK's Cryptoasset Register in 2020.

The platform enables spot trading of stablecoins, fiat currencies, and crypto assets through regulated infrastructure. Institutional participants gain access to compliant digital asset settlement mechanisms mirroring traditional finance systems.

Regulators view this as a strategic step in formalizing digital asset markets. The approval signals growing institutionalization of crypto trading frameworks under UK oversight, potentially influencing broader European adoption.
